Punjabi Mutton Curry

- 400 gms mutton
- Tata Salt to taste
- 4 large chopped onions
- 3 medium chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste
- 4 tbsps of oil
- 20 gms meat masala
Method to make Punjabi Mutton Curry
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onions and sauté till the onions turn golden in colour.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for few seconds.
Add mutton on bone, cut into 1 inch pieces and sauté on high heat for 5 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and sauté on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add yogurt and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 meat masala and cook till fragrant.
Add 4 cups water and salt to taste, stir to mix, cover and pressure cook on medium heat till 5-6 whistles or till mutton is fully done.
Remove lid and cook for another 4-5 minutes to adjust consistency. Serve hot.
