Kadai Paneer


You will need
200 gms cottage cheese |
Tata Salt to taste |
1/2 cup onion paste |
1/2 cup tomato puree |
1/4th cup whisked yogurt |
1/4th cup cashewnut paste |
2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste |
2 tbsps of oil |
20 gms shahi paneer masala |
1 tbsp fresh cream |
Let's get cooking!

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. |

Add onion paste and sauté till turns golden in colour. |

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes. |

Add tomato puree and whisked yogurt, mix and sauté on medium heat for another 4-5 minutes. |

Add cashewnut paste and 3 cups water, stir and bring it to boil. |

Let it simmer for 12-15 minutes. |

Add shahi paneer masala, salt to taste and mix well. |

Add cottage cheese (paneer) cubes and mix gently. |

Add fresh cream, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. |
10 |
Garnish with a swirl of cream and serve hot. |
