Chicken Curry


You will need
400 gms Chicken |
Tata Salt to taste |
1 cup onion paste |
1/2 cup tomato puree |
2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste |
4 tbsps of oil |
20 gms chicken masala |
1/4th cup yogurt |
3 green chillies |
2 tbsps fresh cream |
1 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander leaves |
Let's get cooking!

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion paste and sauté till turns golden in colour. |

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes. |

Then add slit green chilies, tomato puree, mix and sauté for 3-4 minutes. |

Add yogurt and sauté for 2-3 minutes. |

Add chicken masala and cook till fragrant. |

Now, add chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces and sauté on high heat for 2-3 minutes. |

Add salt to taste and 2 cups water and mix well. |

Cover and cook till chicken is completely done. |

Remove from heat, add fresh cream and mix well. |

Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander and serve hot. |
