Mix Veg Curry


You will need
300 gms diced vegetables (cauliflower, French beans, carrot, and green peas) |
Tata Salt to taste |
2 chopped tomatoes |
2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste |
2 tbsps of oil |
20 gms kitchen king masala |
4 tsps yogurt |
2 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander leaves |
Let's get cooking!

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. |

Add onions and sauté till turns golden in colour. |

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes. |

Add tomato and sauté on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. |

Add yogurt and sauté on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. |

Add kitchen king masala and cook till fragrant. |

Add the diced vegetables Add 3 cups water, salt to taste, stir and bring to boil and cook till vegetables are completely done. |

Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve hot. |
