- 400 gms boiled diced vegetables (peas, potato, cauliflower, carrot, French beans)
- Tata Salt to taste
- 2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsps of oil
- 20 gms garam masala
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method to make Mixed Vegetable
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add finely chopped onions and sauté till it turns golden in colour.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato, mix and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add boiled diced vegetables and toss to mix.
Add garam masala powder, salt, 2 tbsp water and mix well.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice and mix well.
Garnish fresh coriander and serve hot.
