Mixed Vegetable


You will need
400 gms boiled diced vegetables (peas, potato, cauliflower, carrot, French beans) |
Tata Salt to taste |
2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste |
2 tbsps of oil |
20 gms garam masala |
2 tsps lemon juice |
1 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander leaves |
Let's get cooking!

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add finely chopped onions and sauté till it turns golden in colour. |

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes. |

Add tomato, mix and sauté for 3-4 minutes. |

Add boiled diced vegetables and toss to mix. |

Add garam masala powder, salt, 2 tbsp water and mix well. |

Remove from heat, add lemon juice and mix well. |
07 |
Garnish fresh coriander and serve hot. |
